If you are missing an upgrade. What you needed to do is head to the download link you have the upgrade for and follow the steps to create the new upgrade.
Once logged in to PLR Monster use the drop down 'Downloads' and your chosen upgrade and follow the steps:
Step 1 - Register
Step 2 - Login
You should now be able to login. Any further problems please raise a ticket.
